FUEL PHASE MATERIALS
King Explorer Emulsifier, All-In-One Fuel Phase Products and Composite Wax are available for use in bulk and packaged emulsion formulations that can be applied in surface or underground applications. These products form the foundation for King Explorer emulsion technology and can also be used to produce customized specific emulsion products.
PIBSA-Based or Blend Emulsifier
King Explorer offers high-quality PIBSA-based emulsifiers to produce the emulsion products with the desirable characteristics of long-term shelf-life, multiple times repump stability for bulk and packaged applications. Compared to pure span 80 emulsifier or blend emulsifier, the storage period of explosives products is significantly extended.
Composite Wax
Composite Wax is made of various petroleum products from different distillation stages. It has features of wide adaptability, no dust pollution, environmentally friendly. The product can be applied to different emulsion explosives production lines. It can significantly improve both detonation and storage performance of the emulsion explosives.
